We are looking for
We are looking for a Workplace Technology Manager to join our Technology team. In this role you will work collaboratively with our team to deliver technology solutions and processes to drive improved business efficiency and effectiveness adopting agile practices.
As Caydon is a growing business that has embraced Technology in the last few years. This role will oversee the Technology Support Service to ensure reliability of our technology Hardware and Software. You and the team will be responsible for hardware selection, procurement and maintenance and have the opportunity to work on internal IT Projects. You will ensure all issues are prioritized and resolved in a timely manner to ensure minimal disruption. A customer centric service approach is paramount as you and your team will provide support to both internal and external technology stakeholders.
Caydon is making significant investment in technology to support the continued growth of the business and offer a superior product offering to our consumers. To deliver on this, you will play a key part in the execution to support both internal and external technology products.
Your responsibilities will include but not limited to;
Working Collaboratively with the wider technology team and other departments to achieve company goals and implement the technology road map aligned with the technology strategy.
Oversee and manage the employee lifecycle for a small team to implement the technology road map
IT Project Management using lean / agile methods of execution.
Play a hands-on role in providing technical support, trouble shoot software and hardware issues across the business.
Own the Support Services and associated processes to ensure business efficiency and effectiveness is delivered
Managing Workplace Video Conferencing and Audio-Visual Technologies
Oversee the creation and maintenance of Documentation related to Support Services, On boarding and off boarding of staff tasks, Incident and Vendor Management Processes
