 We are looking for

Caydon Property Group is looking for a Digital Acquisitions Specialist to join our Marketing team where you will be responsible for the implementation and continuous improvement of digital marketing activities. In this role, you will be working closely with the internal studio team and wider marketing team to execute customer acquisition strategies whilst maximising the customer experience. As a Digital Acquisitions Specialist, you will be responsible for campaign and web performance reporting, creating insights that communicate key learnings from campaign experiments, and propose recommendations based on analytical insights.

Your focus will be on lead generation which includes planning, creating and implementing of Google Ads, Social ads and remarketing campaigns. You will manage the creation of new landing pages and the optimisation of existing ones in line with business objectives. As this is a hands on role, you will be required to contribute to the digital execution of qualifying leads via lead nurturing campaigns and marketing automation as well as send out campaign eDMs and segment the database.

The Role

To be considered for the role you must have experience in;

PPC campaigns, in particular Google Ads (AdWords) and Facebook advertisement

Executing remarketing campaigns

Content Management Systems (WordPress and Sitecore will be looked upon favourably)

Google Analytics

Managing landing pages and ad creation

Conversion optimisation running A/B and multivariate tests

Google Tag Manager

 

Role responsibilities include but not limited to;

Plan, optimise and execute all Google Ads, paid social and remarketing campaigns and continuously optimising performance to generate leads, display suite bookings and registrations for our customer portal

Plan and implement personalisation related to campaigns and initiatives across landing pages and the website

Manage the entire creation, optimisation and updating process of landing pages, while applying best practices.

Plan and implement personalisation related to campaigns and initiatives across landing pages and the website

Identify opportunities across our website to further optimise lead generation and the promotion of specific projects or campaigns

Explore new channels and possibilities to generate more leads

Execute, optimise and contribute to eDMs and lead nurture campaigns with the aim to generate conversions and further qualifying leads.

Leverage web analytics and complex data sets to understand campaign performance, identify optimization opportunities, and measure outcomes

Provide support to the broader marketing team by reviewing media plans and provide input for our media buying agencies representing a digital marketing standpoint

Work with external media agencies and implement campaigns
